To continue the growth of their and maintain the lead in the interactive space, the client is looking to expand their New Jersey office by recruiting bright and dedicated employees.About the role:As a Security Services Fraud Investigator you will be responsible for responding to security queries and Player related emails (in both English and French, Portugese, Russian or German) and for fraud detection and prevention on the Group platforms.This position is responsible for the following: Responding to security and Player related emailsMonitoring player accountsDetecting and preventing fraud in accordance with Group guidelines.Requirements Include: Experience in credit card fraud/investigationFluent in English and French - written and verbal communicationStrong investigative skills and attention to detailDemonstrate excellent customer service skillsPrevious banking experience is preferred
